Residential Maintenance
As with any machine, regular servicing is required to ensure the correct and efficient operation of the unit and reduce the risk of breakdown. Most heat pumps, heat recovery units and Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems require one annual service to maintain optimal operation.
Management Agencies
Berkshire Hampshire Heatpumps Ltd have a number of clients who manage large numbers of properties such as housing associations and property management companies. We support these clients by organising tenants’ appointments for annual servicing and maintenance and offering priority call-outs for breakdown and 24/7 telephone assistance.
Emergency Repair
Our engineers are highly qualified and experienced in diagnosing faults and can offer assistance over the telephone. In many circumstances this can avoid unnecessary call out charges. Nevertheless if they are unable to rectify the issue they will advise you accordingly to ensure the unit is safe and we will organise a timely visit.
Annual Service
We will arrange to visit the property annually to conduct a general inspection of the unit. This may include, but is not limited to, replacing filters, running tests, reviewing alarm logs, calibrating and making adjustments to the unit as necessary to optimise performance and efficiency.
