Our team of experienced engineers are on hand to help over the phone, whether in between appointments or out of hours, to provide the quickest response possible.
In many circumstances this can avoid unnecessary call out charges.
Remote assistance may help identify the issue which can either be immediately resolved or further indicate any likely required parts / areas for investigation – to which a site visit would require to be arranged.
Where it is possible, we will attempt to guide you remotely on how to temporarily obtain hot water / heating or advise on how to make the system safe until a suitable appointment can be arranged.
